Willow's Weekly - Week 04 - New Arrivals

There are a few new families every time this town gets rebuilt. This time the Ohariu family moved in.

There's Emmett and Ete Ohariu, who are both bartenders of sorts. Ete runs the new Juice Bar on Waki Island, and Emmett works in the new sports bar that Honare Sevele set up in one of the old studio buildings.

The bar is very basic, but it does have a small stage for bands.

Ete's sister Claire Nonu works as a bartender in Filepi's club.

Emmett's father Morehu is a fisherman who lives in a hut on the beach. He registered as a professional angler.

Ete and Emmett have a daughter called Kowhai, who lives with her grandfather.

The Matatoki family are new, too.

Mariah Matatoki has eight children in total. Four daughters: Mata, Ruth-Ellen, Alicia and Tabitha. And four sons: Hekia, Moana, Rocco, and one goth kid who goes by Sombre Blood these days.

Some of the kids are role Sims, but the teenagers, Alicia, Tabitha and Rocco, still live at home. They don't have a lot of money, so Alicia is probably not going to get those pumps she seems to want.

Maria and her two teenage daughters share one bedroom. Rocco has his own room.

Ruth-Ellen also works for Filepi Tapuwhai.

Hekia and Sombre work in the 'vampire' lounge - Hekia is the bouncer, while Sombre is one of the bartenders.
That particular lounge has a horror movie theme, and the drinks all have weird 'blood' names. It has two bars, and the other bartender, Eliza Ashcroft, happens to be dating Moana Matatoki. So it's a family-run business, more or less.
Eliza Ashcroft has an ex-husband and twin daughters. The ex works as a butler, and the daughters deliver newspapers.

(The new NPCs and inhabitants are all from various save games and populated versions of the world that I found online. I just combined them and removed the most obvious game-generated ones, with names like Candy Bar and other ''amusing" names that I've seen in other games, and that are obviously game-created.)

And of course there were some old, familiar faces returning as well. Like the Rogers family (they're like bad pennies, aren't they? Always the first to turn up!)

The kids aren't looking forward to having to go back to school.

And speaking of bad pennies: Salote Tau is also back in town.

And so is Topou Ota Ika.
