The Union of Pacimfic Gnubb Associations has been getting a lot of bad publicity lately, mostly dealing with matters such as misappropriation of sponsor funds, and other unsavoury practices. So in an effort to polish up their tarnished reputation, they have been very generously providing all the stricken islands in the area with new gnubb parks.
Prince Henry loses no time to put in his pitch for a Niua Simoa park.
King Henry is more of a martial arts guy - but he, too, likes the idea of a gnubb park. Especially if it's a donated (i.a.w. FREE) park.
The queen would prefer a new salon - but she does agree that there's something to be said for 'bread and circuses' to keep the population happy. As long as the salon is next!!
So the park is designed and built where the old sports stadium used to be.

The park in Niua Simoa was designed and built by the CT Nutmegger Building Company, and is easily the most impressive gnubb field in the entire Pacimfic region. So of course the royal family is delighted to perform the official opening on the first day of Week 03/22.
While King Henry tries out the seats in the royal box, Queen Elesabeti has the honour of throwing the first baton.
Unfortunately, her gnubb skills don't seem to be very high.
Prince Henry plays a demonstration game, and he does better than his mother, although he is by no means champion material.
More and more people join in the game, and everybody has a wonderful time.

Meanwhile, the Mau family, who bought back the two destroyed fales near their own home, decided to refurbish the smaller fale and rent it out, but tear down the larger one to make room for a small nectary. They want to sell some of their wines there, as well as give some classes in nectar making in the basement.
At the moment it's not in use yet, first they need to hire a register clerk. They will have to redecorate the small fale to be his or her home.
Actually, Remy Mau would love to work in the nectary, but he's too young to work the register, he has to finish highschool first...
